1. Scope
These terms apply to this website and to the "Arctic Fishing" social publishing tool operated by KonTai Oy (Finland). The Roblox game "Arctic Fishing" is provided on the Roblox platform and is subject to Roblox's Terms of Use.
2. The publishing tool
The publishing tool is used only by the developer to post the developer's own content (game clips, announcements) to the developer's own social media accounts. It is not offered to the public as a service. Third parties cannot sign in to or use the tool.
3. Content
All game footage, images and text published through the tool are created by the developer and remain the property of KonTai Oy. Roblox and TikTok are trademarks of their respective owners; this website is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
4. Platform terms
When posting to TikTok, YouTube or X, the developer complies with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines, including the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Developer Terms.
5. No warranty
This website is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the information accurate, but we make no guarantees, and we are not liable for any damage arising from its use to the extent permitted by Finnish law.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are settled in the district court of Helsinki, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
