Who we are
Arctic Fishing is a Roblox game developed by KonTai Oy (Finland). Contact: tomi.paijo@kontai.art.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the "Arctic Fishing" publishing tools we connect to social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, X) to post our own game clips and announcements. It does not cover the Roblox game itself, which runs on Roblox's platform under Roblox's privacy policy.
Social platform integrations
Our publishing tool posts content only to accounts owned by the developer. When the developer authorizes the tool with a platform (for example TikTok Login Kit), the platform issues an access token for the developer's own account. That token is stored on the developer's private server and used solely to upload the developer's own videos and read basic statistics of the developer's own account.
The tool does not request, collect, or store any data about other users of TikTok, YouTube, X or Roblox. It does not read other people's profiles, messages, followers, or content.
This website
This website is a static page hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking. GitHub may log standard server access data (such as IP address) as described in GitHub's privacy statement.
Data we hold
- Access tokens for the developer's own social accounts (stored on the developer's server, never shared).
- Email messages you send us, kept only as long as needed to reply.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
Children
This website and the publishing tool are not directed to children and do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to tomi.paijo@kontai.art. We answer within 30 days. EU residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
